What does the ACME Roadside Assistance Program Cover?
- Mechanical Breakdown: If your car breaks down, we’ll ensure you are back on the road as quickly as possible.
- Accidents: In the event of an accident, we can assist you and your vehicle to resume your travels promptly.
- Driver Error: If you face issues like running out of fuel, a dead battery, flat tire, lost keys, or locked-in keys, we are here to resolve them.

Services Included in the ACME Roadside Assistance Program:
- ACME will arrange for your vehicle to be taken to the nearest authorized ACME service center.
- If the vehicle needs to be secured while waiting for transportation, ACME will organize and cover accommodation costs up to $100.
- Assistance will also coordinate the transportation of any standard 50 mm ball hitch trailer being towed by the affected vehicle, to the same authorized service center.
- ACME is also available for giving advice or passing on messages to someone who needs to be informed about the vehicle issue.
- If the breakdown occurs more than 50 miles from the user’s residence, we may not be able to cover all costs of resolving the issue, but we will assist in finding a solution.
- If an immobile vehicle needs to be collected from an authorized ACME servicer located more than 50 miles from the user’s residence, then, upon request, ACME will arrange and pay for one-way first-class rail transport for one person to where the vehicle is repaired. If the train journey exceeds 6 hours, we will alternatively offer a business class airplane ticket.
If the Breakdown Occurs More Than 50 Miles From Home:
- If the authorized ACME servicer cannot repair the car on the same day, and the user opts to stay near the vehicle, ACME will arrange and pay for hotel accommodation for the user and passengers for up to four nights, at a rate of up to $150 per person, per night, depending on local availability.
- Meals and other incidental expenses are the responsibility of the user and passengers.
- ACME will arrange and pay for first-class rail transport for the driver and passengers, enabling them to continue their journey to the original destination within the covered area or return to the user’s residence (the country in which the vehicle is registered).
- If train travel exceeds 6 hours, an alternative business class airplane ticket will be offered.
- If all drivers of the vehicle fall ill and it is not possible to continue the journey, ACME will provide a driver at its expense.
- This driver will assist the remaining passengers to continue their journey to the user’s home or the original destination within the covered area.
- All additional costs, except for the services of the driver, must be borne by the user.
- If the user prefers to use a replacement vehicle, ACME will ensure a similar category vehicle is provided for the duration of the repair, limited to a maximum of three days.
- While we will strive to provide an equivalent vehicle, we do not accept responsibility for issues that arise due to limited local availability or failures of local partners or other companies in providing a vehicle for the user. All additional costs, except for the rental, must be borne by the user.
